Giving back
We take our corporate social responsibility very seriously. From mentoring young students to donating a percentage of profits to charity each month; the desire to give back is embedded into our culture.
Based in Kilmarnock, we work hard to support the local community and economy. Every year, we select a child from each secondary school in the area for a weeks work experience. Within the same schools, we also deliver talks about further education and careers in the construction industry. This work and contributing to the steering group, is part of our commitment to DYW Ayrshire.
As part of the Vow to Wow Kilmarnock regeneration project, we will deliver 10 x 1 day Health & Safety in Construction courses to each of the local secondary schools.
Where possible, we always try to work with local suppliers. We believe that increasing the demand for services locally is what helps improve the quality of supply.
